During the manufacture of plastic materials, stresses inherent to the material are created.  Untreated, these stresses can adversely effect the dimensional stability of your components.  These stresses can be relieved by heat treatment of the material in a process known as normalising.  You will be advised where this process is appropriate.  Payne Plastics are able to carry out this procedure in-house.
